“Extremely disappointed in service. Do not go here especially if you’re a woman, you will be taken advantage of. I came in with a nail in the fattest part of my tread, not in the side wall or anywhere near it. I asked the hole be sealed and for my tires to be rotated. Before even fully inspecting my flat I was already being pushed a new full set of 5 tires(including my spare which is in perfect condition and has only been driven on once for a couple miles). I was also told that it wouldn’t be “worth it” to rotate my tires because they weren’t going to last me much longer, which is entirely false as there is a good amount of tread still on them. This employee just didn’t want to do that service and would rather fear monger me into getting a new set of tires. I later was told after “inspecting” the flat that they couldn’t seal the hole and I would have to get a new set of tires. I promptly picked up my vehicle, took it to Big O and they had my tire patched and road worthy in 30 minutes. No question about my tread and no attempt to take advantage of someone in need. I’ve been driving on it for a month no issues. Skip the headache and go to Big O!”

The crew at Discount tire are the best!! I have grown up in the valley and in my almost 50 years have visited a lot of tire shops. Eli and the crew at the Overland Discount Tire go above and beyond for their customers. Not only will I be bringing my "home fleet" (all 3 family rigs) here, but I told my company about the service and now my work fleet will be Discount tire regulars as well.

This team at the overland Discount Tire are nothing short of amazing. Not only did they do such a good job taking care of my tires being changed with them, but they went above and beyond when my tire was going flat without me even telling them. They called me after I booked my anppointment and without me calling said I could come in sooner if needed. On top of that when I got there, they gave me a better deal on a nicer pair of tires not only to save me money but make sure I had the best tires. I would recommend this tire store every time!

I got an alignment at the Nampa store a couple months ago, ever since then I've been getting a popping of my front end. Heber and Brandon at this location we're able to get me helped out even though I was out of the technical warranty. On an alignment and the original work was done at a different store they gave me a meaningful discount and got me straightened out and back on the road!

These tire and auto shops are very good and they are set up for all kinds of repairs to keep you running in top shape. The staff has always been very pleasant and very helpful. They explain what they are going to do and give you a price that it should come out with. If they run into something else they will explain it first and not just do it.
